Angels & Vegans is Harvey Nichols' exciting new luxury selection of twelve single-origin chocolates, all different and all compatible with a plant-based lifestyle. Chocolates so jaw-droppingly beautiful and epically giftable, they must have been created by an angel. That angel is none other than Aneesh Popat, who also makes our incredible chocolate bars. Better known as The Chocolatier, he's a multi-award-winning cocoa maestro who has been described as "the Heston Blumenthal of the chocolate world" and whose clientele includes royalty and Michelin-starred restaurants. Using his scientific background, he has become famous for his highly innovative flavour combinations and intriguing ingredients. So, we gave him carte blanche to create a dozen different chocolate truffles using ethically sourced cacao from the Dominican Republic. The result is twelve individual masterpieces that explode with flavours such as tangy passionfruit, coriander seeds, green cardamom, hazelnuts from Piedmont, Mexican lime, hot chilli, coconut, sea salt, Keralan coffee, raspberry, lemongrass, happiness-inducing Brazil nuts and more. Angels & Vegans will therefore be adored by those on a plant-based diet. We think the gelatine-free marshmallow one will prove particularly popular, as that's somewhat of a holy grail for many in the community. However, these super-inclusive chocolates are not just for vegans, they're for practically everyone.
