How To Use First apply the shimmer end from arch to tail. Then apply the matte end from the front of the brow toward the tail. Blend using Brush 20 for a seamless brow highlight that adds a lifting effect to your brows. Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used as an eye shadow primer. Use the shimmer end to prime for metallic shimmer or duo chrome shadows. Use the matte end to prime for matte shadows. For an extra pop of shimmer in your eye look apply Highlighting Duo Pencil to the inner corner of your eye for added brightness and intensity. Highlighting Duo Pencil can also be used to highlight the high points of the face.
