It's ideal for those with sparse brows and who would like to achieve a cleaner-looking brow shape. How To Use Apply one swipe of Brow Primer across the entire brow extending from the front to the tail end. Using the spoolie end of Brush 7B comb the product through the brow to evenly coat the hairs.
