In 2012 Amouage launched a pair of fragrances under the Interlude name, with one of those being a female fragrance, Interlude Woman. Created by Karine Vinchon Spehner. The fragrance opens up with top notes of Marigold, Ginger, Grapefruit and Bergamot; before entering the middle notes, which are a very eclectic blend of notes with are Incense, Walnut, Immortelle, Kiwi, Honey, Opoponax, Coffee, Sandalwood, Rose, Orange Blossom and Jasmine. In the base notes are Leather, Benzoin, Oud, Sandalwood, Tonka Bean, Amber, Oakmoss, Vanilla and Musk. This is a powerful, long lasting and unique scent that has been blended to perfection to give a real journey, with stops in nuttiness, sweetness and spiciness, making it the perfect scent for the colder months.
