The pants have a technical soft Ripstop CORDURA main panel construction with a soft poly-fabric chassis and stretch insert to enhance the comfort of the rider. Cordura classic fabrics are well known for having high durability and are the fabric of choice in some of the world's toughest environments. With over 30 years of trusted performance, the fabric is highly durable for performance apparel. Cordura Classic fabrics are resistant to tears, scuffs, and abrasions, so they are not only high quality, but also long lasting. The jacket comes with added ventilation for optimised breathability, improving rider comfort even further.The sport fit with the pre-curved legs are designed to reduce rider fatigue whilst out on the bike. These pants also have adjustable backs of the legs for an optimised fit and a long zip on the side for ease of use.The inclusion of the Nucleon Plus Level 1 Armour offers comfortable, flexible, and adaptive protection, along with a thin profile for optimum rider comfort. These pants are CE certified to an AA rating which means the protection on offer is suited to touring gear. It specifies two seconds of abrasion resistance in Zone 1 (Shoulders, Elbows, Hips and Knees) at 412.6rpm (about 70km/h), one second at 265.3rpm in Zone 2 (outer arms, torso, legs and feet) and 0.5 seconds at 147.4rpm (the equivalent of around 25kmh) in Zone 3 (inner arms, torso and legs).
