Ana’s approach to farming comes from a lifetime of experience, paired with an open-minded use of the latest practices in coffee, meaning that she produces coffee that is unique and delicious.A traditional washed coffee has the fruit stripped off the bean almost immediately, washed to remove any leftover pulp and then left to dry on a patio in the sun.
