The first fragrance from Aedes de Venustas is an outstanding edition with an 'Haute Couture' formulation; an olfactory surprise that doesn't have a traditional pyramid. Signature, created by perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour, has an unexpected rounded structure, voluptuous and addictive, pierced at its centre by the green freshness of rhubarb accord. This green effect increases as the heavy, dark resinous incense and chypre accords fall away. As well as rhubarb, this luxurious, almost decadent Chypre fragrance contains notes of Madagascan vetiver, red berries, tomato leaves, frankincense, green apple, hazelnut and honeysuckle.
