Celermesh Upper
Made with a lightweight Celermesh, the adizero MD Running Spikes are built for speed but extremely durable, allowing you to reach maximum velocity in any condition. The mesh upper and heel, allows air to circulate freely throughout the shoe, allowing them to stay well ventilated and breathable at all times. A traditional lace-up system will secure the shoes to the feet, giving you exceptional control. A flat-lying tongue will ensure that the spikes feel comfortable, with a reduced risk of irritation being caused by rubbing and chafing.
Boost Midsole
Using Boost technology in the rearfoot, the midsole of these shoes offers maximum energy return to keep every step charged with an endless supply of light, fast energy. This lightweight compound is made up of TPU pellets, which provide durable, adaptable and all-temperature performance.
Responsive Outsole
The Spike Plate features in the forefoot, with 5 spike receptacles, to increase traction in any conditions. This element of the shoe also allows you to dig into the track in order to gain a better grip so that you can reach your top speed across the finishing line. The outsole will give you an extra spring in your step, helping to propel you past rivals.
**You don't want to feel your toe cramped up against the front of the shoe. A spike should feel like it was meant for your foot, a little more snug than a training shoe feels so we would recommend half a size up on normal shoes**
