absoluteBLACK Oval Shimano 110BCD 5 Hole Sub Compact Inner Chainring This absoluteBLACK Oval Sub Compact Inner Chainring is designed for use with Shimano 110BCD 5 hole mounting configurations. It is made from a high-quality CNC machined 7075 aluminium to ensure maximum stiffness and durability and has a tough anodised finish to promote a classy aesthetic. The oval shape helps to increase pedalling efficiency and smoothness, maximising the part of the pedal stroke where most power is produced but minimising resistance where it isn’t. This oval format also helps to reduce fatigue and the incidence of overuse injuries to the knees, while the 32 tooth size is ideal for steep and enduring climbs. Includes 1 x inner chainring 5 x chainring bolts Compatibility Chainring setup: Double Mounting format: 5 hole, 110BCD Cranks: Shimano Dura-Ace 7950, Ultegra 6750, Shimano 105- 5750, Tiagra 4650, FSA, Praxis Alba and Zayante, S-works and many older cranks. Also fits SRAM cranks that have one hidden chainring bolt like Force22 and Rival22 but they need to have removable spider. Compatible with Di2 Chains: 9, 10 and 11-speed Important Due to very special offset construction, this 32-tooth chainring is only compatible with the matching 48-tooth outer chainring (available separately). The special chainring bolts required for mounting are supplied with this 32-tooth inner chainring No other combination or mix of rings will work Due to the special mounting construction, aesthetic bolt covers are not offered for this design absoluteBLACK always recommends using a new chain when fitting new chainrings SRAM Yaw front derailleur compatibility: Due to the construction of SRAM Yaw front derailleurs, the absoluteBLACK Sub Compact chainrings are not compatible with them. If you replace your SRAM Yaw front derailleur with a Shimano equivalent (there are no indexing issues between Shimano front derailleurs and SRAM shift levers) you will be able to use the absoluteBLACK Sub Compact chainrings
