Our training Shimano 110/4(bolt pattern) oval chainrings are designed for new Shimano cranks like Dura-Ace 9000, Ultegra 6800, Shimano 5800 and others. This is shift-able chainring for 2X cranks. Key Features: CNC machined 7075 Txxx Aluminum. Long-lasting construction. If you are removing original Shimano 4 bolt chainrings, you will need cover bolts or the ROTOR standard road double 4 bolt set to fit AbsoluteBlack or ROTOR 4 bolt chainrings.
