Todd Linens Soft, durable weave. Towels can be woven in different ways (ring-spun, combed or twisted fibre), and give varying degrees of softness and durability. We only use ring-spun cotton, because it gives the most softness and durability. We twist long and short threads together for a weave that feels divine. Double-loop density single and double loop fibres are absorbent, but only double loop has the dense, premium feel. And when you wrap your body after that hot bath or shower, it’s the type of fibre you want if you love feeling warm and cosy. And while it’s not a hotel towel, you’ll feel how it’s the closest thing! Perfect absorbency did you know it’s the weight that determines the absorbency, feels and drying speed? 300gsm towels are thin and get soaked before you get dry, while 700gsm are absorbent, but they dry so slowly. So ours are 500 gsm! The perfect balance of absorbency and drying time! 100% A-grade cotton 100% cotton towels are more absorbent and softer than cotton/poly towels. So we leave out the polyester and stick with the softness of 100% a-grade cotton. Combine this with our ring-spun weave, double-loop thread and 500gsm weight, and you can see why it feels like heaven. Now you’ve experienced the 4 levels of softness, here’s what you get!
