This casserole dish is versatile and can be used quickly and easily as a roaster, serving pan, grill pan, casserole, steamer, deep fryer and much more. Thanks to the angular shape, an additional frying surface of 30% is achieved compared to round pans. This product is a "must-have"" for every kitchen household. The unique aroma glass lid enables the dosed addition of liquids such as wine, liquid spices or other essences via the lid knob. In this way, your refined dishes get the unmistakable taste of the added flavours. The silicone rim of the lid rests directly on the edge of the cookware. This saves energy and there are no rattling noises during cooking. In addition, the silicone rim protects the surface of the pan and makes the glass lid more break-proof. The cast aluminium lid is also induction-compatible and can be used separately as a casserole dish, serving pan or hot plate. With the steam insert you can prepare your food particularly gently. Whether vegetables, fish or meat, you can also prepare sweet dishes such as yeast dumplings or steamed noodles easily and deliciously. The numerous air holes in the steam insert allow the hot steam to distribute itself freely around your food and cook it evenly.
