Hilti screws are available to purchase in the options tab.The Timber Floor Base Kit consists of a pressure treated timber base frame and pre-cut boards. The base frame is placed on top of the damp proof membrane. The boards then complete the base, also providing a timber floor for the shed.The Metal Foundation Kit is a steel grid which is placed on top of the damp proof membrane. The grid can then be filled with concrete or covered with suitable plywood (not supplied).These kits cannot be used together.Both kits come with instructions for simple self-assembly.A kit is not required if there is an existing concrete or slab base in the desired position. Ideally, this should have been built on top of damp proof membrane to minimise condensation.
