It is ideal for the smaller garden, because it's compact 3'8 x 3'11 footprint. Built to exceptional safety standards to meet European Toy Standard EN71, Mercia playhouses are constructed with an attention to detail and their natural look will enhance your garden, while giving pleasure to your children or grandchildren. The Snug and Cosy Playhouse is Tongue and Groove clad and the roof and floor are constructed using solid sheet board. Basecoat treated at works, further treatment by customer recommended once installed. Self–assembly is required (instructions supplied). Because we know that your children’s safety is of paramount importance to you, this premium playhouse is completely compliant with the very latest EN-71 regulations and fully CE marked. Some of the many safety features include ventilation holes throughout the structure, to ensure outstanding air circulation and a comfortable playtime environment; a minimum 12mm gap around every door and opening, to avoid trapped fingers; and a maximum opening size of 82mm, so your little ones are never tempted to climb through gaps and that there is no risk, whatsoever, of them getting trapped.
