The nuclear reflector deflects heat back, increasing the intensity. Steaks are no longer simply cooked... but are caramelised with a perfect finish. Of course, in addition to providing very high temperatures - the smart 3-zone design provides the right temperature for every cooking requirement. The outer area roasts crispy garlic bread or pizza while the inner zone makes sure vegetables, chicken or sausages are cooked to perfection. The double-walled grill bowl with heat-absorbing water bath is cleverly designed so that the outside wall never heats up more than 40°C - so it can be easily placed on the table.
