The Zeiss 35mm f2 lens joins the new Loxia range of manual focus lenses and is designed for use with full-frame CSCs using the Sony E-mount, such as the Sony A7 series. The main feature of the Loxia series is the ability to deactivate the ‘click' of the aperture ring by turning a screw on the lens mount (tool supplied to enable this), this will appeal to enthusiasts who want to capture stills and videos. This lens is ideal for travel, reportage, street photography, landscapes, portraiture, video work and any situation where you want to bring out the subject against its environment.
