The 2021 Whyte 605 V3 Hardtail Mountain Bike in Matt Moss is the top of the range bike in Whyte’s 600 series of hardtails. It uses the same frame as the great value 603 but adds some key upgrades to give you a bike that will ride more smoothly for longer. The biggest upgrade over the 603 is the use of a 1 x 10 speed Shimano Deore drivetrain which brings one by simplicity to a new price level. Whyte's design team have given the latest 600 series frame the Trail treatment. It runs a 27.5” wheel to give you a nimble and capable bike on technical trails. A 120mm Rockshox Judy TK fork handles the suspension up front while wider 760mm bars, a shorter stem, wider grippier tyres and Enduro developed V-grips complete the trail focussed build. The 605 frame bristles with UK design features such as the 'Get A Grip' seat post clamp system. This allows quick adjustment, fantastic weather-proofing and an ergonomic lever which is easy to operate however cold your hands might be.
