The Trek FX Sport 5 is built around a 400 Series OCLV Carbon frame with an IsoSpeed decoupler at the seat tube/top tube junction to soak up bumps so you get a smoother and faster ride. A vibration-absorbing handlebar with ergonomic grips and carbon fibre fork helps to soak up more bumps at the front end. This bike is as much about speed as it is about comfort through. It is more than capable of keeping up with carbon race bikes. The FX Sport 5 comes with road bike 2x10 speed Shimano Tiagra gearing and hydraulic disc brakes. If you want to use the bike for commuting, or winter training rides, it comes with hidden mudguard mounts.
