It can be sprayed on your pet's bedding or rubbed on their muzzle, chin and chest with a cloth. It is recommended that you don't spray it directly on your pet, as it may result in them associating the spray with stressful situations. For small pets and birds, it is best not to spray in their proximity, as they have a smaller lung capacity. Instead, spray onto a cloth an leave it near their cage.
