Reproducing endearing details from a series of farmyard scenes c.1920s by British artist John Edwin Noble (1876–1961). Noble served in the Royal Army Veterinary Corps during World War I where he was employed as an official war artist; animals were his abiding interest and subject matter. Noble was a member of the Royal Society of British Artists and a Fellow of the Zoological Society; he exhibited widely from 1898 through to 1930 at the Royal Academy the Royal Scottish Academy and the Fine Art Society.4 of 5 designs.6" x 5" blank.Produced exclusively for Museum Selection.
