Symple Stuff The bread knife is a resilient shaped knife with a serrated blade to easily cut through a piece of bread without it disintegrating. The bread knife can also be used for cutting products with a hard shell, such as various types of fruit. The bread knife has a silky finish and great corrosion resistance. Especially for professional cookery or for intensive home use, the knives are of exceptionally high quality. The knife blades are forged from 1.4116 steel and hardened by heat treatment. The knife handles are made of stainless steel and with triple riveting. The blade and handle are matt polished and provide a nice aesthetic surface. The knives have a corrosion resistance and an exceptional hardness on the type of steel used X50CrMoV15. The chef knife passed the ISO 8442-5 standard in the categories shearing ability ICC test 105 and longevity TCC> 640 one as well.
