100%’s Aircraft Composite Helmet is astonishingly light despite its strength and protective power, with a shell built from composite fibreglass for a performance that really adds confidence without slowing you down as you tear downhill. The fit is secured by the use of a Steel D-Ring buckle, while the emergency release cheek pads and an integrated compartment ensures the helmet can be safely removed in the event of a collision. Elsewhere, there’s plenty of ventilation thanks to the Active Cooling System that features 25 ports, and it’s not the only feature that keeps you feeling fresh on longer rides: the liner, check pads and chin strap cover all feature an antimicrobial finish, which can be washed and replaced easily.
