Terms and Conditions: This Gift Voucher can be redeemed for goods to the value of £10 in our UK stores and online. Paper Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for goods in our UK stores and online. Paper Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, no change will be given for part use and it must be redeemed by the expiry date which is printed on the reverse of the voucher. Our paper gift vouchers will have at least a 12 month redemption period. When redeeming the paper gift voucher online you will be required to use the code underneath the scratch panel. The scratch panel can be found on the front of the paper gift voucher. Once the scratch panel has been removed the paper gift voucher cannot be redeemed in-store. Hamleys is under no liability should vouchers be lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift Vouchers are outside Hamleys refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
