WFX Utility The 16ft x 10ft Pressure-Treated Premium Shiplap Workshop is perfect for those who require a large, secure, and high-quality workshop with ample room for large pieces of equipment, workbenches, and tools. Boasting a set of large double doors, storing, and accessing your items within this workshop is simple and easy. This building features two fixed and two opening styrene glazed windows, creating a bright and welcoming working environment.Made in the UK, using ethically sourced, FSC® certified timber, you can be confident in the quality of this workshop. Heavy-duty tongue and groove boards are used to construct the roof and floor of this building. Using an interlocking method, the boards lock together to create a premium, strong, and hard-wearing finish which is ideal for frequently used buildings and storing heavier items. The high apex roof is covered with robust roofing felt as standard to protect your building from the elements.The walls of this workshop are constructed using premium interlocking Shiplap tongue and groove boards that have been pressure treated. The shiplap profile includes a protective lip and smooth finish to encourage rain to run off the building, avoiding any build-up of water. Complete with thick wooden framing to support the cladding internally, this building offers a rigid and long-lasting structure. All fixtures and fittings are all supplied as standard, alongside our detailed instructions, to ensure a simple and stress-free assembly process. As this workshop has been pressure treated, a chemical process in which preservative is forced deep into the fibers of the timber, it benefits from a 15-year anti-rot guarantee, as well as our 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
