Zymurgorium Sloe Gin
Description
A sloe gin based on an old family recipe and using sloes from around the north west of England including Manchester's green belt, Delamere Forest, Macclesfield, the Pennines and Lancashire. The recipe uses less sugar but a higher content of wild sloes and gin to give a rich flavour of spice & plum. It's great as a wine spritzer or on its own, either chilled in summer or mulled with a cinnamon stick in winter. Use just like a sloe gin - but be aware it's stronger in alcohol!
