Willow Tree is an intimate line of figurative sculpture that speaks in quiet ways to heal, comfort, protect and inspire. Artist Susan Lordi hand carves each original Willow Tree sculpture. This piece is cast from her original carving, and then painted by hand. The figurine features an angel holding a little boy. This piece is about the feeling you get from holding and protecting a child, or the child can be a metaphor for someone or something you have loved that you want to hold onto.
