Shedding is a natural characteristic of wool, particularly on new rugs, but this will reduce over time and will not affect your rug's performance, vacuum occasionally. Use suction only, rotating brushes may damage your rug. Blot spills with a clean dry cloth, do not rub, do not use detergent. Specialist cleaning recommended.
