It is mounted to the base of the cabinet making for ease of fitment and allowing it to be used in cabinets 300mm and wider. It is operated by a set of integrated runners (included within the system), once the cupboard door is opened there is a handy lip on the front on the bin system which is then used to pull both bin compartments out from the mechanism.
