It has a removable centre that can be replaced with additional Weber products such as a pizza stone, searing grate or griddle, sold separately. Flavourizer Bars Made of durable stainless steel, the barbecue's Weber Flavourizer Bars direct grease and drippings away from the burner tubes, which cuts down on flare-ups. They add grill-cooked flavour to your food when drippings, marinades and juices fall down onto the hot Flavourizer Bars and are vaporized, circulating back up to the food. The lid, cook box and heat distribution plate have a Weber porcelain-enamelled finish to help prevent rusting and cracking. Weber Connect smart technology Cook at the right temperature with the easy-to-read LCD display thermometer. Or use the included Weber Connect smart step-by-step grilling assistant which sends notifications to your phone when it's time to flip or serve, using remote Wi-Fi access and the Weber Connect app. The BBQ comes with one heat probe and can use up to four. Easy to clean and transport Simply remove the ash and grease drawer to clean. The cart has four wheels so you can easily move it to the right location in the garden then lock down two of the swivel casters to keep it in place.
