For some festive flair, serve your guests a flambéed pudding. Step 1: Warm 100 ml of your chosen spirit (brandy, rum, whisky or vodka) in a small saucepan but make sure you don't allow it to boil. Step 2: Pour it over the pudding, keeping it at arm's length, then quickly and safely ignite.
