Description
Berndes This saute pan is a made of forged aluminium with ceramic sealing, it is perfect for preparing fried potatoes, fish, vegetables and for searing. The high rim of the braising pan makes it easy to prepare larger portions or to top up braised dishes with a delicious sauce. The forged aluminium makes the pan dimensionally stable ensures good heat distribution on all common types of stove, such as gas, electric, halogen, glass-ceramic and induction. The ceramic seal used here is particularly scratch-resistant, extremely heat-resistant (up to 400 °C) and of course free of PFOA, nickel and heavy metals. The white seal on the inside and outside not only gives the pan a particularly noble appearance but also makes cleaning particularly easy. The light grey plastic handle is refined with a high-quality soft-touch surface. When used on the stove, the handle also remains pleasantly cool. When used in the oven, which is possible up to 140 °C. The ceramic sealants are extremely colour-stable and corrosion-resistant. This is especially important for dishes with curry rose peppers or tomatoes. Slight discolouration can be removed by boiling oil.
