The large grill plate ensures an even distribution of the heat so that even at the edges of the grill zone, everything is fried to a nice crisp. With the large, double-walled stainless steel hood, specialities of passive grilling such as pulled pork or spare ribs are no problem. The thermometer integrated into the grill hood makes it easy to monitor the temperature. If the grill is too hot or too cold, simply adjust the stepless rotary switches. The two retractable side panels with storage space also provide plenty of room when grilling - enough for bowls, pans, cutlery, drinks or spices.
