Tom Dixon Block Jug
Description
Cubic and cylindrical forms are the hallmarks of the stark white Block collection from Tom Dixon. Shapes are stacked to create geometric, sculptural forms. The series includes functional ceramic items that are made in Portugal; a country well-known for its expertise in ceramics. Each item is slip cast for uniformity but then finished with a hand-applied gloss which means variations will occur from piece to piece, giving them some individuality.
