One quarter of the nozzle should be exposed. It may help to fold the top of the bag. 2. Scoop up some some icing on a palette knife and place deep in the bag. 3. Hold the bag with your leading hand and squeeze down towards the nozzle to release the icing. Support the bag with your other hand.
