Description

This steaming unit is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and perfectly rests in the Staub 26cm cast iron cocotte. It allows you to fry or stew on the bottom of the cocotte and steam in the top basket. This handy steaming unit gently cooks vegetables and infuses them with aromatic stewing flavours. A strong silicone seal combines with carefully patterned holes on the surface to optimise heat distribution.
