The hefty 25kg base is made from heavy-duty compound concrete to keep your parasol well weighted, prevent it falling over in the wind and provide peace of mind when you're relaxing in your garden. It's fully compatible with poles that have a diameter of 35mm, 38mm or 48mm. Why choose a 25kg parasol base? Christow produce 11kg and 25kg bases. If you're placing your parasol through the middle of a table, the 11kg base provides sufficient stability because the additional weight of the table will ensure it stays in place. The beauty of a 25kg base is that it doesn't require any extra weight to keep it stable. This makes it more versatile as you can use it without placing it through a table. Easily adjustable to fit different parasols The base has a stainless steel tube to hold the pole of your parasol in place and includes three adaptors to fit 35mm, 38mm or 48mm poles. Simply pop the adaptor over the base of the pole, slide it into the tube and use the tightening screw to secure it. Gliders help to protect your patio from scratches whilst a protective perimeter band allows to easily drag it around your garden.
