Christmas cards reproducing engaging details from illustrations by Arthur Rackham (18671939). Three festive scenes from a c.1931 edition of ‘The Night Before Christmas, illustrating the popular poem by Clement Clarke Moore (17791863) which was first published as ‘A Visit from St. Nicholas’ in 1823. Includes the children ‘all snug in their beds’ and the sleigh, ‘with a little old driver, so lively and quick, I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick".
