These have been designed to tackle just about any surface you throw at them which means whether you are in the city, in the countryside or anywhere in between, you will be able to push your prince or princess along with ease. The front wheels are easily switched between the swivel setting and the locked setting but unlike other pushchairs, this is done via a simple switch on the side of the chassis, there is no need to bend down to do it, saving your back!Peg Perego also use their Easy Drive System on the Book S, which gives you great manoeuvrability and agility thanks to the 12 ball bearings in the suspension and means you use 30% less effort to push compared to other pushchairs. The seat unit is made in typical Italian style and with high-quality fabrics as can be expected of all Peg Perego products. Using the G-Matic system, the seat unit can be placed in parent facing or world facing mode depending on the needs of your little one. Designed for use from birth, the seat reclines over 150° allowing your baby to be comfy at all times. It also has quite a straight seat when in its highest position which toddlers love, they can see the world passing by around them.The hood, which at first glance seems quite small has a hidden feature. At the back of the hood is a zip which when undone allows the hood to be pulled down as far the bumper bar offering the coverage we need in this lovely British climate, whether it be rain, wind, snow or even sun you know they are protected with UPF50+ materials. The bumper bar opens like a gate as well as being totally removable and also features the same eco-leather design as the handlebar.The handlebar itself is ergonomically shaped; it has been designed in this way so it can be easily pushed with one hand leaving your other hand free to hold onto a toddler, but just as easily you can use two hands too! It is also height adjustable, so no matter if you are tall or short, there will be a height comfortable for you. The handlebar is covered with a leather look cover too, beautifully stitched in place.The basket has deep sides and utilises a really clever easy load system - this means the area of the basket between the rear wheels is spring loaded allowing easy access and is large enough to carry everything you need for a baby!It is easy to fold, with the seat in situ if required; simply grab the handle under the seat and pull up. This can be done easily with one hand and the chassis becomes free-standing making it easy to store too.Also included in the set is an apron allowing your little one to be warm, whatever the weather.
