Description
One of his most recognisable pieces of artwork, Van Gogh originally painted 'Sunflowers' for his friend and fellow painter Paul Gaugin. Van Gogh painted five canvases of sunflowers in all, using just three shades of yellow to show that it was possible to create beautiful images using shades of a single colour. The rim of the vase is specially shaped to follow the outline of the sunflowers making it a stylish piece that can easily stand alone without flowers or be put to full use to display your favourite blooms.
Part of an eclectic range of ceramic vases from John Beswick, each showcasing famous pieces of art in silhouette.
