In a matt black case housing a combination of a 5 x 1 rib plain sock, along with a wider 7 x 1 rib in a block stripe design, both from their Luxury Collection, the two pairs of socks in this Pantherella Stripe and Plain Cashmere Gift Box set are ideal for wearing in colder temperatures. Made in England, the socks have Pantherella’s ‘Leisure’ Knit, a 96-stitch thickness as opposed to the finer 200-stitch used for their dress socks. These socks may be thick, but they’re also light and beautifully soft, as cashmere offers a three-times better weight-to-warmth ratio than standard wools. The socks are half calf length, finished with proper hand-linked toes for smooth seams.
