The diamater of the bars is 1 inch, it can fit with standard 1weight plates. The weights will come in one cardboard box with plastic strapping to help carry. The bars are made of steel when the handle part uses pvc for better grip , the discs and spin lock are made of cast iron. The maximum weight that can put on each dumbbell bar at one time is 35kg .
