The conventional oven is ideal for traditional roasting as this type of oven is hotter at the top than the bottom, meaning you can put your meat in the middle, roast potatoes towards the top and a pudding at the base reducing your overall cooking time. When the lid is down on your oven the gas is automatically cut off keeping your kitchen safe. Having the lid down gives you extra workspace, perfect for small kitchens, whilst having the lid up acts as a natural splashback. For added safety, a flame safety device is installed to detect if the flame goes out on your appliance and will cut the gas supply immediately. The NW601GDOL cooker is also designed with a removable inner glass door that slides out and easy clean enamel to make cleaning your oven a breeze.
