It uses 3 different capsule sizes and makes a range of 4 cup sizes that include a large 414ml full-brew Alto, a 230ml coffee, a 150ml Gran Lungo and a 40ml Espresso - all at the touch of a button. Simply insert your capsule of choice, close the lever and leave the coffee pod to spin up to 7000 times per minute, blending ground coffee with water and producing the perfect crema. The Vertuo Plus even uses a smart barcode reading system to tailor its blending technique to suit the capsule you've chosen, delivering optimal incup results.
