Born in 1979 and living in Ireland for many years, Nathan Neven grew up drawing and painting everything around him. To follow his dream of becoming a full-time artist, Neven moved to Paris and developed his skills through art courses and experiences. Much of his work is informed by his travels, his surroundings and living in Europe, as well as being influenced by a diverse group of realism artists and abstractionism. He uses the play of light, texture, colour and shape and the interesting juxtapositions in our everyday lives. Following a series of successful art shows, from 2006 he became a professional artist.
