Description
The stylish Morsø Forno Medio gas barbecue is compact but has plenty of grilling space, and sits neatly and sturdily on a table top or the included Travolo stand. The medium-sized version of the three gas-fired Forno BBQ models designed by acclaimed Danish designer Klaus Rath, the Medio has an impressive cooking area of 48 x 42cm. The two burners give a heat output of 4kW, using standard LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) gas. Easy to assemble in minutes, it has a cast aluminium body with a minimalist, ergonomic handle and an enamel-coated cast iron cooking grate that's easy to maintain. The temperature gauge in the hood allows you to monitor the internal cooking temperature which is adjusted by turning the burner control and fired by the Piezo spark ignition. The barbecue comes with a stand which holds a gas canister, has three BBQ tool hanging hooks and wheels for easy transportation. Made from 2.5mm-thick steel, they're designed by Copenhagen's Seidenfaden Design with both practicality and style in mind.
