MONUSKIN Clarifying Toner is formulated using revitalizing Camphor Essential Oil to give a refreshing burst of energy to skin and soothing Witch Hazel to help tighten pores and prevent breakouts. This Clarifying Toner will allow the skin to breathe and restore its natural PH balance. Applied after cleansing skin will be left feeling firm and conditioned whilst removing all traces of cleanser and excess makeup. Camphor/Camphor Crystals: Taken from an oriental evergreen tree, this essence is medicated and particularly beneficial in caring for oily skins. It also stimulates the circulation and will help ease congestion on the chest when used as an inhalant. Distilled Witch Hazel: Taken from the shrub, this extract contains tannin and is a good astringent and decongestant. Perfect for oily or spot prone skin.
