Modern Rarity Eudon Choi Double Faced Wool Check Coat

This Modern Rarity coat has been designed in collaboration with designer Eudon Choi, using a luxurious double-faced material that wraps around the neckline with soft draping. It has a snap fastening and is finished with a co-ordinating belt that complements the feminine shape by defining the waist. This coat is finished with a classic check print that will stay in style for seasons to come. Exquisite tailoring, cut, form and detail are the signature of Eudon Choi's aesthetic. A graduate of the Royal College of Art, Korean-born Choi finds inspiration from a love of photography, art and architecture. For this collection I looked back over my 7-year archive and selected my 10 favourite coats, which I then re-worked with the John Lewis team to create something new. I have a background in menswear design so I always focus on using sartorial techniques and masculine cuts to shape the female form. We sourced all new fabrics to update the archive pieces and keep them feeling fresh - Eudon Choi
