A sophisticated high performance fibre mix includes robust, yet cashmere-like, moisture-repelling Xitaloft, able to reduce pressure on the skin; Pneumaloft nano-fibre, which out-performs all comparable natural materials, and Robur, a multi-functional hollow-core fibre. The X-Socks Trekking Light & Comfort Socks have self-adjusting cuffs, integrated X-Cross Bandages to stabilise the sensitive ankle area, often vulnerable to injury during activity. Shaped and anatomically placed cushioning pads are located on the Achilles' tendons, ankle bones, calves, shins, insteps, toes, toe tips and heels to protect from both pressure and friction damage, aided by a left/right fit foot. Damp and overheated air is pumped out of the shoe and dispersed during movement, via a series of air channels.
