This teat requires a similar sucking behaviour to breastfeeding, using the tongue to create a vacuum making it easier for babies to switch between breast and Calma. The teat can be used with all Medela breastmilk bottles. Calma Solitaire is easy to assemble and clean. It comes with 2 multi-lids that prevent spills and close the bottle tight, plus a protection cap. Please note: Breastfeeding needs to be well established before introducing Calma. Calma is recommended for breastfed babies and not those who are currently bottle fed as they may find it difficult to feed.
