You can use the timer function to pre-cool a room before using it, for example your bedroom, which can help you get a better night's sleep. Specially-tailored sleep mode keeps the unit in low fan speed for the lowest possible noise level, and you can set it to power off with the timer throughout the night to maintain optimal sleeping conditions.
